Change and disruption is real. The nuclear war for talent is also very real. Employees are juggling more and more with greater competing demands. Consequently, whilst individuals might love what they do, many do not enjoy how they do it. This leads to disjointed, disconnected and disgruntled teams, often resulting in high turnover.
