Coaching & Mentoring

The i4 Neuroleader Tool is 21st leadership profile, based on neuroscience and the power of our brain.

It’s an assessment that quantifies and tracks the competencies of Performance, Collaboration, Innovation and Agility.

It is competency-based assessment that measures a set of abilities, traits, attitudes and behaviours which can easily be self-assessed as well as observed and rated by others, including team, managers, stakeholders and even family and friends. It is a personal leadership tool to enhance leadership capability in the 21st century.

  • This six-part masterclass series focuses on the softer skills to assist in the transition into a people leadership position. It focuses on building self- awareness, being intentional about professional brand, develops communication skills as well as building important leadership skills so that others want to work with you, not against you.

    The program will be full of practical tools, including tools to delegate, empower and deal with the tough stuff (i.e. difficult conversations and poor performance).

    The coaching package is flexible and based on the needs of the client. Our most popular package includes:

    • Three-month arrangement

    • One x 60-minute activation session + an optional phone call with Mentee’s leader

    • Three x 45-minute coaching/mentoring sessions (one per month)

  • It is a 360˚ Assessment Tool that measures your personal leadership abilities & competencies and compares your results to a global benchmark. You will be able to invite raters to assess you in different categories, including peers, managers, direct reports, customers, suppliers, family and friends.

    It is just a conversation starter really - no 360˚ is the be all and end all, it just gives us some data to be able to focus your energy on, to enhance your strengths and focus on any areas of limitation.

  • Not necessarily, you don’t have to. We feel it is an effective way to gain feedback on your current personal leadership traits and identify your strengths and areas for improvement.
